Jimmy Clare
1945-2017
ELSIPOGTOG, NB – Jimmy Clare, 72 of Elsipogtog,
passed away peacefully at the Campbellton Regional Hospital on
Saturday, June 17, 2017. Born in Rexton, he was the son of
the late Michael Francis and late Ester Clare. Jimmy was a
Shubenacadie Residential School Survivor.
Jimmy will be sadly missed by his step-siblings, Gary,
Anthony, Wayne, Calvin, Jacqueline, Irene, Sue Anne, Sue Ellen and
many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his adoptive
parents, Louis and Mary Ellen Clare; sisters, Joanne, Agnes;
step-brother, Hubert and step-sister Diane.
Visitation will be held at Lorraine Clair’s
residence, 325 Big Cove Road, Elsipogtog beginning on Monday at 2:00
pm until Wednesday at 2:00 pm. In keeping with his wishes,
there will be no funeral services. After final
goodbyes at the home, family and friends may gather at the
community hall for a feast and auction in Jimmy’s
honor. Arrangements are in care of
