Jerry Harrington Peacefully at at home on Friday morning July 1, 2016 with his loving family by his side , in his 95TH year. Jerry Harrington of Pembroke, beloved husband of the late Mildred Harrington (nee Bambrick). Loved and cherished father of Ellen Bowen (Trevor), Ottawa, Anne Watt, Tim Harrington (Kathy) both of Pembroke, Maura Dupuis (Lyle), Westmeath, Mike Harrington (Belle) Pembroke, Cathy Harrington-Veryard (Joe) Ottawa, Erin Laderoute (Fred), Cobden, Shaun Harrington, Ottawa and the late Margaret Harrington. Loving grandpa to James, Sarah, Jason, Katie, Chris, Brendan, Samantha, Joshua, Alicia, Jennifer, Andrew, Emily, Patrick, Jessica, Joshua, Adam, Hugh and Meg and great grandchildren Carter, Jackson, Lief, Ezra, Ethan, Sydney, Blake, Noah Lydia, Cora and Victoria. Predeceased by his parents Timothy and Catherine (nee Ryan) Harrington, his brothers Isaiah (Katie) Harrington, Msgr. John Harrington and Fr. Denis Harrington and by his sisters, Helen (Basil O’Brien), Kathleen (Paul Monette), Sister Gertrude Harrington, Eileen (Doug French), Mollie (Dr. Donald McCunn), and Antoinette (Dr. Pierre Prud’homne). Friends are invited to share their memories of Jerry with his family during visitation at the MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, 296 Isabella Street, Pembroke on Wednesday 2 – 4 and 7 – 9 p.m. and after 9:30 a.m. on Thursday. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday morning July 2 at 11 o’clock in Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Lourdesview Drive, Pembroke. Interment St. Columba’s Cemetery.
