Peacefully, with her children by her side, Janice passed from this world at the Owen Sound Hospital on Thursday, October 12, 2017 in her 67th year. Survived by her husband of 45 years, William (Bill) Small; and by her children Kathleen Small (Adam Hussey), Kevin Small (Johanna) and adopted daughter Nina Small. God blessed her with her 4 grandbabies: Piper, Jace, Emmie and Juliet. Fondly remembered by her siblings: Grace, Diane, Cathy, Sharon and Brad. Predeceased by her parents Roy & Esther Newton and by her brother Mervyn Newton.
Visitation at the GARRETT FUNERAL CHAPEL, Neustadt on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Funeral service on Thursday, October 19, 2017 at 11 a.m. in Trinity Lutheran Church on Louisa Street in Ayton. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Cancer Society, Diabetes Society or Charity of your choice.
