James (Jim) Weatherdon, of Riverview passed away at The Moncton Hospital on August 15, 2016 at the age of 75.
Born in Halifax, N.S. on June 2, 1941, he was the son of the late Cyril and Blair Weatherdon. His accomplishments include his dedicated service to his country while serving in the Royal Canadian Air Force, an accomplished pilot, electrician, air traffic controller, and most recently, a commissionaire and volunteer for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police.
Jim is survived by his wife, Linda; son, Todd; stepdaughters, Tina, Angelina and Abbie; granddaughter, Brooke; sister, Mary Lynn; brother, Edward; and Uncle, Lawrence.
In keeping with the family’s wishes, there will be no public visitation or funeral service. A private internment service will take place at a later date along with a Masonic memorial service.
