James « Jim » Farrell Cain 1936-2016 The passing of James « Jim » Farrell Cain at the age of 79 years, of Summerville, PE, occurred on May 25th, 2016 at the Kings County Memorial Hospital. Born in Summerville on August 4th, 1936, he was the son of the late Arthur and Lottie (Farrell) Cain. Jim is survived by his devoted wife Zita (Nee Connick) of 57 years; children Mary (Cloyd) Cain-Hudon, John (Maria) Cain, Patricia Cain, Paula Cain (Ed Bellamy), Karen Cain (Ian Robertson), Brian (Kristen) Cain; daughter-in-law Donna Cain; siblings Harold Cain, Rosemary (Buddy) Valley, Robert (Diane) Cain, sister-in-law Jessie Cain; 19 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and a circle of extended family and friends. Beside his parents Jim was predeceased by son Stephen; 3 infant children and brothers William and Frank Cain. Resting at Ferguson Logan Montague Funeral Home with visiting on Friday, May 27th from 6 to 9 pm. Funeral Mass to take place on Saturday, May 28th at 11 am from St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Montague. Burial to follow in the St. Joachim’s Catholic Cemetery, Vernon River. Donations to the Cancer Treatment Center, Charlottetown, PE greatly appreciated. Knights of Columbus will hold a Prayer Service in the Funeral Home, Friday evening at 5:45 pm www.fergusonlogan.com
