Jack Angus Tassell
1947-2016
Suddenly in Toronto, ON, the passing of Jack Angus Tassell of
Little Pond, PE, devoted husband of 49 years to Ann (Shea) Tassell,
occurred on Saturday, December 3, 2016 at the Toronto General Hospital
following a brief illness with Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis. Born in
Forest Hill, PE, on July 21, 1947 he was the son of the late John and
Hazel (Gillis) Tassell. Besides his wife Ann, Jack is survived by his
loving children Gail Hache Tassell (Glenn Williams), Glen (Bobbi-Sue
Keating), Gary (Delia); brother Basil (Carolyn); seven cherished
grandchildren Jacklyn (Brendon) Garrett, Jolene Williams (Sam Parry),
Laura Williams (Shawn Rashed), Jillian Tassell, Julia Tassell, Jenna
Lee Tassell, Caitlyn Brink (Matt Carroll); one adored great grandson
Grayson Carroll; several cousins; numerous nieces and nephews.
Resting at Ferguson Logan Montague Funeral Home with
visiting hours on Thursday, December 8, 2016 from 3 to 7 pm. Funeral
Service to be held on Friday, December 9 at 11:00 am, from the Funeral
Home Chapel. Interment to follow in the Annandale United Cemetery.
Donations to the PEI Lung Association or the Annandale United Cemetery
would be appreciated.
