Isabel Cudmore
Isabel Cudmore, 77, of Moncton, passed away
peacefully at The Moncton Hospital on Friday, August 19, 2016.
Born in McAdam, NB, Isabel was a graduate of
the Moncton Hospital School of Nursing. She had 23 years of
devoted service as a Registered Nurse at The Moncton Hospital, with
her last position as Employee Health Nurse prior to retirement.
Throughout her nursing career, her greatest pleasure was working with
and mentoring both students and staff at The Moncton Hospital. Isabel
was also a proud and long standing member of Humphrey Memorial United
Church.
Isabel will be sadly missed by her husband,
Wesley Cudmore, and by the many family, friends, patients and
colleagues who had the pleasure to know
her.
Isabel has donated her remains as a lasting
gift to Medical Science and Research at Dalhousie Medical
School.
A Service to Celebrate Isabel’s
Life will be held at Fergusons Funeral Home Chapel, 1657 Mountain
Road, Moncton (858-1995) on Thursday, August 25, 2016 at 1:30 pm with
Rev. Ron Maund officiating. Reception in the Funeral Home Reception
Centre following the service.
In memory of Isabel, donations to The
Friends of the Moncton Hospital, The Greater Moncton SPCA or a charity
of the donor’s choice would be appreciated by the family.
