OLIVER, Irma Frances – (Nee Windsor) (35 year Employee of C.G.E.) Peacefully at Case Manor, Bobcaygeon on August 11, 2016 in her 101st year. Wife of the late William Oliver. Daughter of the late Archie and Nellie Windsor. Loving mother of Pat Harford (John). Sadly missed by her grandchildren Terry (Rebecca), Danny, Dale, Larry (Cathy), Lori Harford (predeceased) and Marilyn Bowling (Wayne). Also missed by 6 great-grandchildren. Dear sister of Blanche Savage, Audria King, Ruby Antrobus, Zella Everist, Maisie McKenzie. Predeceased by her brothers Nelson Windsor and Garnet Windsor. Sadly missed by beloved niece Jacqui McCloy Pell (Bryan) and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held at the NISBETT FUNERAL HOME, 600 Monaghan Road S. 705-745-3211 on Thursday, August 18, 2016 from 12:00pm-1.00pm. A Memorial Service will follow in the NISBETT CHAPEL on Thursday, August 18, 2016 at 1:00pm. Reception to follow in the NISBETT RECEPTION CENTER.
