SUDDARD Henry Arnold, (retired GM employee), Peacefully with his family by his side at Extendicare Cobourg on Sunday, May 24, 2015 in his 97th year. Henry, beloved husband of Grace Suddard of 65 years. Loving father of Lynn (Leisa) and Thomas. Proud grandpa of Jaime, Riley, Ryan, Shawna and great grandpa of Callan and Piper. Dear brother of Ross (Doreen) and the late Harold (Jean), William (Kay), Bruce (Florence), Frank (Jeanne), Ted (Durelle), Beatrice Crothers (Don), Doris Clark (Bill) and Lorraine Murdoch (Bruce). Predeceased by his parents Harry and Olive Suddard. Henry will be lovingly remembered by his nieces, nephews, family and friends. A special thanks to the staff at Extendicare Cobourg for their care and kindness. Henry was a member of the Royal Canadaian Legion Branch 43, life member of Durham Electrical Maintenance Association, Oshawa Green Gaels Lacrosse Club, Oshawa Curling Club, CAW member of GM retirees, The Oshawa Senior Citizens Club and Sgt. in the RCAF. As for Henry’s wishes, a private family service will take place. Interment Mount Lawn Cemetery. In memory of Henry, donations to the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated.
