Harty, Mary Josephine Peacefully after a period of declining health, on February 11, 2015, Mary Josephine Quigley, native of Nenagh Co. Tipperary Ireland. Predeceased by her husband Jack (March 1988) and her son Brian (June 2004). Dearly beloved mother and mother in law of Msgr. Sean Harty, Maureen and Maria Monteferrante (+Brian). Cherished grandmother of Christopher (Jasmine), Stephen and Michael Harty. Mary was predeceased by her siblings James, Patrick, Tom and Eileen of Ireland. She is survived by her siblings and their families, Nancy (Nenagh) Breda, Martin and Dan (England), as well as a large number of friends whom she cherished and greatly appreciated. Mary’s family would like to express their gratitude to Dr. Michael Thomassin for his kindness to Mary over the years, and to the health care team of the 4th floor of Centre d’Hébergement de Lachine for the compassionate care Mary received during her stay there. Visitation on Monday February 16th from 7-9 pm and on Tuesday February 17th from 10-11:30 am at Ascension of Our Lord Parish Westmount (corner of Clarke and Sherbrooke) followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 11:30 am.
