Gerald LeBlanc
1935-2016
COCAGNE, NB – Gerald LeBlanc 81, of Cocagne passed
away peacefully at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont University Hospital
Center, Moncton on Sunday, November 13, 2016. Born in
Richibucto, he was the son of the late Placide and late Agnes (Daigle)
LeBlanc.
Gerald will be sadly missed by his six daughters, Claudette
Babineau (Raymond) of Richibouctou-Village, Jocelyn Babineau of
Shediac, Sylvie Plante (Garry) of Bouctouche, Francine Plante (Eddie)
of Richibucto, France Plante (Claude) of St. Louis, Noella LeBlanc
(Jean) of Cocagne; three sons, Ronald Plante (Cécilia) of
Edmonton, Yvon « Peewee » LeBlanc (Sally) of
Mary’s Conner, Mario LeBlanc of St. Louis and many
grandchildren and great grandchildren.
He is also survived by two sisters, Dora Richard (Armand) of
CONN, Elvina Santa Maria (Mike) of Montreal and many nieces and
nephews.
Besides his parents he was predeceased by his wife, Yvonne
(Doucette) LeBlanc; one sister, Laudia and two brothers, Laurie
& Yvon.
Visitation will be held at Thompson’s Funeral Home
in Richibucto on Thursday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. A
Celebration of Gerald’s life will be held on Thursday,
November 17, 2016 at 4:00 pm, Thompson’s Funeral Home
Chapel, Richibucto. Arrangements are in care of Thompson’s
Funeral Home (523-4252).
