Chesser, Gayle passed away at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital Centre on Tuesday February 21, 2017 at the age of 74. She was the wife of the late Robert (Bob) Chesser. Born in Campbellton on August 12, 1942; she was the daughter of the late Ronald and Alma Irvine.
She will be greatly missed by her children: Robert, Deborah (Brent Wall) and Craig (Nicole); her 6 grandchildren: Courtney, Caitlin, Cayla, Jordan, Bria and Haleigh; her brother: Kerry (Bridget); her sisters: Ona and Susan (Jean-Guy) as well as a very special friend Rollie Anderson and several nieces and nephews.
Besides her husband, she is predeceased by her daughter Kelly and her brother Karl.
The family would like to thank the entire staff of the orthopedic unit and the I.C.U. at the Georges-L-Dumont Hospital for the excellent care provided.
A graveside service at the cemetery in Tide Head New-Brunswick will be announced at a later date.
Gayle was a graduate from the Moncton Hospital School of Nursing in 1963 to begin her career at the Campbellton Hospital. She then joined the extra-mural services until her retirement in 2001. She was very kind, caring and dedicated her patients.
In memory of Gayle, a donation to the charity of the donor’s choice would be greatly appreciated by the family.
