Frederick « Fred » Augustus Ripley
1942-2017
Ripley – The death occurred at
the Prince County Hospital, Summerside, on Sunday, November 26, 2017,
of Frederick « Fred » Ripley, of Summerside, aged 75
years. Born in Rumford, Maine, he was the son of the late James and
Evangeline (Doiron) Ripley. Survived by his wife Josephine (McInnis)
Ripley; his children Jonathan (Robyn) Ripley and Leslie (Chesley)
Chaisson; grandchildren Mason, Chase, Jack, Noah, Joseph and Ethan;
sisters Patricia « Pat » (Russ) Kelly and Janice
(Duane) Nichols; a brother David (Barbara) Ripley; sister-in-law Lucy
Ripley; and by numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by a brother
Robert « Bob » Ripley. Resting at the Moase Funeral
Home, Summerside, until Friday, then to St. Paul’s Church,
Summerside, for funeral mass at 10:30 a.m. Interment in St.
Paul’s Cemetery, Summerside. Visiting hours Thursday for 5-8
p.m. Memorial donations to the Prince County Hospital Foundation or
the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
