GRECO, Francesco (January 31, 1934 – October 24, 2017)
Peacefully, surrounded by his family, on October 24, 2017, at the age of 83. Beloved husband of Silvia (nee Beltrano) for 57 years. Loving father to Maria Luisa (Angelo) Frisina, Giuliana and Enzo (Tiziana). Cherished Nonno of Danielle, Giancarlo, Jordan, Lauren, Jessica and Noah. Predeceased by his parents Pietro and Luisa Greco. Brother of Ida (the late Antonio), Angela (Franco), Mario (the late Lucia), Tony (Rose), the late Chiarina (the late Michele), the late Gennaro (Lina) and the late Luciano (Maria Rosa). He will be sadly missed by his many friends and relatives in Canada, Italy, Argentina and Luxembourg. Special thanks to the staff at Willowgrove Nursing Home in Ancaster and Hamilton General Hospital for their care and support. Visitation at Bay Gardens Funeral Home – « William J. Markey Chapel », 947 Rymal Road East, Hamilton (905.574.0405) on Thursday, October 26th from 2-4 pm and 6-9 pm. Vigil prayers will take place on Thursday at 8 pm. Funeral Mass will take place on Friday, October 27th at 10 am at Regina Mundi Catholic Church (631 Mohawk Road West, Hamilton). Entombment at Holy Sepulchre Catholic Cemetery, Burlington.
