Felix Lambert
It is with very heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our brother, uncle, friend, Felix on Thursday, October 26, 2017 at the Portage District General Hospital at the age of 63 years.
Born in 1954, he was the youngest of the family. Predeceased by his parents Lucien and Thérèse; brothers Norman, Charles, Andy and John and sisters Sr. Eliza Lambert and May McKinnon. Left to mourn his passing is his brother Joe (Cecile) from Kelliher, SK and sisters Gerry (Jim) Free of Portage la Prairie, MB and Maddie (Karl) Savinkoff of Smithville, West Virginia. He was a favorite uncle to many nieces and nephews; Michael, Donnie†, Larry, Glenn†, Greg, Annette, Jennifer, Shawn, Kenny, Lisa, Nicole, Brian, Leanne, Anne Marie, Chris and Rachel plus many great nephews and nieces.
Felix spent many years working for Doug Garnham before becoming a long distance trucker. He will be missed by all who knew him.
Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, November 3, 2017 at Good Shepherd Roman Catholic Church at 2:00 pm led by Father Gerald Langevin. Interment will take place at Hillside Cemetery.
