Edwin Arnold Fox
E. Arnold Fox of Southampton, NB passed away peacefully at his home on
October 27, 2017. Arnold was born in 1930 at Southampton, NB, a son
of the late Stuart and Viola (Kenny) Fox.
Arnold was a proud member of the Liberal Party. He enjoyed being out
in nature, fishing salmon, fly tying and doing carpentry. Arnold was
a member of the Miramichi Salmon Association. His dog and cats were
great companions of his.
He is survived by two daughters, Lorraine Fox, Southampton, NB and
Susan Harper (Evans), Fredericton, NB; three grandsons, Michael Fox
(Nichole), Mitchell Fox (Jessica), both of Fredericton, NB and Matthew
Harper, Vancouver, BC; two great grandchildren, Leah Fox and Ethan
Fox; one nephew, Fraser Fox (Eileen), Southampton, NB; several great
nieces and great nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his wife, Frances
(Greer) Fox; a son, Larry Fox; a sister, Alberta Parker and his
special friend, Shirley Drost.
Honoring Arnold’s wishes, there will be no visitation or
funeral, service. Interment will be at a later date at Christ Church
Cemetery.
For those who wish to make a donation in memory of Arnold, the family
has suggested a charity of the donor’s choice.
