JENNINGS, Dorothy “Dot” Ethel, 98, of Bedford formerly of Lakeview-Windsor Junction, passed away November 14, 2016 at Ivany Place Bedford. Born in Halifax, she was the daughter of the late Douglas and Ethel (Mitchell) Stevens. Dorothy enjoyed cooking, baking, gardening and her cats. She is survived by daughter Alice (Eddie) Hiltz, Rivervale; son Daniel (Joanne) Jennings, Lower Sackville, seven grandchildren and many great and great-great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband Kenneth, son, Donald and a daughter, Janet May in infancy. Visitation will be held Thursday, November 17th from 10am until service time at 11am in the chapel. Burial to follow in Pleasant Hill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
