Cook, Dora Beulah (Bea):
Passed away peacefully with family by her side on Friday, December 9th, 2016 at Hamilton General Hospital at the age of 85.
Beloved wife of 59 years to the late Ken.
Loving mother of Jeffrey Cook (Sue) of Orangeville and Carolyn Cook (Anne) of Kitchener.
Proud Grandmother to Andrea and Jeffrey and Great-Grandmother to Chloe and Ariana
Dear brother of Bob Twa (Joanne) of Dundalk.
Survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Predeceased by her parents.
She traveled the world with Lutheran Church for Global Hungar and Development. Her devotion to God was evident in all she did.
In her busy life she enjoyed square dancing, teaching art, sewing, reading and spending time with family.
Dora’s family will receive relatives and friends from 7- 9 pm on Monday, December 12th, 2016 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. Visitation will continue on Tuesday, December 13th, 2016 from 11:30 am -12:30 pm followed by a funeral service taking place in the chapel at 1:00 pm.
