Donald « Don » Earle Frederick Mersereau
Donald « Don » E. F. Mersereau, 70, of Riverview,
passed away peacefully at his residence on Sunday, April 30,
2017.
Born in Saint John, he was the son of the late Donald and
Joyce (Gillis) Mersereau. Don was a retired Accountant with 37
½ years’ service. He formerly attended St.
Andrew’s Anglican Church, Moncton and was associated with
St. John the Baptist Anglican Church, Riverview. In past years, he
enjoyed playing sports and in later years, he enjoyed being a
spectator.
Don will be greatly missed by his wife of 49 years, Anna
(Nason) Mersereau; children, Suzanne Pothier (Dennis) of Belleville,
ON, Matthew Mersereau (Linda Maddison) of Ottawa, ON and Amy Kang
(Kevin) of Moncton; precious grandchildren, Sydney, Ryan, Isabel and
Jay; mother-in-law, Alice Nason of McAdam; sisters, Bev Atkinson
(Larry) of Irishtown, Barb Smith (Al) of Quispamsis, Brenda Geneau of
Moncton and Michele King (Stephen) of Salisbury, as well as several
nieces, nephews and extended family members.
In honouring Don’s wishes, there will be no
visitation hours or funeral service.
