Robidas, Denise (née Hérard) (1917 – 2016) The family announces with sorrow her death in Sudbury, Thursday, June 2nd 2016 at the age of 98 years. Daughter of the late Albert Hérard and of the late Georgiana Hérard (née Beausoleil). Predeceased by her husband Lauda Robidas. Dear mother of Pauline Gaulin (Martial) of Kapuskasing, Raymonde Emard (Gilles) of Steinbach, Carmen Legault (François) of Val Caron, Richard (Lynda) of Orléans and Robert (Diane) of Markstay. Predeceased by her sons Armand, Robert, Léo, André and Maurice. Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her 13 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild. Also survived by her sister Lily Ramsay of Sturgeon Falls. Predeceased by her siblings Théodore, Arthur, Joseph, Paul, Omer, Jeanne Lafantaisie, Claire Quenneville and Eva Leblanc. Denise will be remembered for her beautiful smile and her wonderful sense of humor. The family will receive friends at Notre-Dame des Victoires Church, Field, Saturday July 16th 2016 after 10 a.m. Mass of Christian burial will follow at 11 a.m. The Robidas family wishes to thank the staff at Pioneer Manor for the excellent care and compassion shown to their mother.
