Danny Jennings October 19, 1955 – April 21, 2015 Surrounded by family at Lakeridge Health Oshawa after a short battle with cancer. Loving husband to Wendy of 29 years and devoted father of Ashley (David Gouldby) and Kristie. Brother of Debbie Cabral (Victor), Jim (Lynn) and predeceased by his sister Pat. Brother-in-law to Scott Carson (Cathy), Greg Carson and predeceased by David Carson. He will be sadly missed by his mother-in-law Dawn Carson and his many nieces and nephews. An avid Toronto sports fan and former hockey coach, Danny loved to golf with friends, go on cruises, play pool and spend time with his girls, including his dog Roxy. One of his favourite past times was playing sports as well as supporting his daughters in their many sporting endeavours. With everything that he did, through work and sports, he created many lasting friendships and will be forever missed by those whose lives he touched. Visitation will be held at Mount Lawn Funeral Home, 21 Garrard Road, Whitby, 905-443-3376 on Sunday April 26, 2015 from 12-2:30pm with Memorial Service at 2:30pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Danny’s memory to Lakeridge Health Oshawa – Cancer Centre.
