Passed away peacefully after a courageous battle on September 8th, 2016 at her home. Forever cherished mom to Addi. Loving daughter to Phil and sister to Mike (Deb) Chapman, Carol (Dan) Newsom and Paul Chapman. Adored aunt to Ashley, Jason (Kate), Kristen (Tyler), Alissa, Kandice, Lindsey (Anthony), Eric, Ethan, Lucas, Dayton and Brooke. Cindy will be missed and always remembered by many good friends. Predeceased by her mother Nelda. She lived her life dedicated to everyone she met. Cremation has taken place. Family will receive friends at T. Little Funeral Home on Tuesday Sept 13th for Memorial Visitation from 6-9pm. Celebration of Life will take place at the funeral home the following day, September 14th, at 12 noon. As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to Haven House or Lisaard House.
