In loving memory
Peacefully passed on December 3, 2017 at age 81 at the Carpenter Hospice. She was predeceased by her husbands Jim Stodolak, Jeff Martin, and George Berquist. Charlotte was a loving Mother to her sons Jim (Joanna), Rob (Deb), Ben, and Tom (Charlotte). She leaves behind 8 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. A private visitation and prayer service has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be held for family and lifetime friends at the Burlington Polish Hall- Lower Hall (2316 Fairview Street in Burlington) on Friday December 8 between the hours of 11:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m., where food & refreshments will be provided. In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes donations in her name to the Carpenter Hospice in Burlington, Ontario.
