Catherine Anne LaFrance
1963-2017
It’s with profound sadness that the family of the late
Catherine Anne LaFrance of Moncton who passed away at the Dr. Georges
Dumont University Hospital on Thursday September 14,
2017.
Born in 1963 she was the daughter of Francis LaFrance of
Moncton and the late Velma (Cormier) LaFrance.
Cathy is survived by and will be deeply missed by her loving
family, her sister Susan LaFrance (Rick Bartlett) Saint Andre LeBlanc,
NB, her brother David LaFrance (Darlene Tidd LaFrance) Irishtown, NB,
her brother Christopher LaFrance (Cindy Clark) Calhoun, NB, nieces and
nephews Jonathan, Jasmine, Scarlett, Frankie, Christopher, Justin,
Holly and grand nephews Dre, Liam, Kaleb, and Masen.
The family would like to extend their sincere appreciation to
Maurice Lirette, her good friend who has been by her side through it
all, taking care of her and loving her.
Cathy was a very loving and caring person who had a great
love for animals and the people around her.
She was dedicated to her work at Manoptix. She loved to be at
home with her dog Kelly and her cat Oscar.
A private interment will be in Our Lady of Calvary Roman
Catholic Cemetery.
Donations in Catherine’s memory made to the Canadian Cancer
Society would be appreciated by the family.
