Obituary
Brian passed away on January 19, 2017 at the Misericordia Hospital.
Brian John Gordon Greenhill was born in Watford, United Kingdom on January 11, 1930 to Gordon and Gladys Greenhill.
He leaves behind his wife Iris and daughter, Lisa (Tyler), and his children with Jean, Sally, Wendy, Robert (Estelle) and James (Alexandra) daughter in law Erin. His grandchildren Emma, Arthur, Astrid, Alexis, Jojo, Clara, Liam and Caelen. He was predeceased by his son, Bruce and his furry girlfriend, Sydney.
He emigrated to Edmonton where he pursued a career as an orthopedic surgeon. His time was divided between the Glenrose Rehabilitation and the Royal Alexandra Hospitals. His career as an orthopedic surgeon was completed in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia where his specialty was pediatric orthopedics. When he retired from medicine, it was as a medical legal consultant for Western Medical Assessments Corporation.
A Memorial Service will take place at 2:00m pm on Saturday February 4 at Connelly-McKinley Funeral Home,10011-114 Street Edmonton.
