It is with great love that we announce the passing of Elizabeth Marie Box (Betty), nee Crawford.
Betty Box of Elmvale, daughter of the late James and Marie Crawford, loving wife of the late Norman Emilio Box, passed away on December 20th, 2017 at Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital at the age of 89. Mother of two daughters Elise Box (Argy Tzouhas and granddaughter Jordan of Oakville), and Pamela Dorion (Martin and grandchildren Meaghan, Dustin and Brandon of Tiny Township). Sister of the late Bernard Crawford (late Monica), Doug Crawford and Marilyn Peck (Jim), Betty is lovingly remembered by her nieces and nephews. Our beautiful mother will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her yet we are comforted knowing she has returned to God and is reunited with her loving husband of 63 years.
Friends may call at Lynn-Stone Funeral Home, Elmvale, Friday, December 22nd, from 7-9 pm.
Funeral Mass will be held at 11 am on Saturday at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church, Perkinsfield.
Spring interment Perkinsfield.
Memorial donations to Alzheimer Society would be appreciated by the family.
