Obituary for Bibiane Cecile Ullman
On the first day of December, 2017, at her home at Sunrise of Mississauga, Bibiane succumbed to her lengthy illness. She is survived by her loving and dedicated husband of 62 years, Norman, her three children and their families: Gordon, his wife Andrea and son, Maxwell; Linda, her husband Lou and son Ben; daughter Lori (Mark) and her children Blair (Kathryn) and Madeline (Ryan). Following her childhood in Saskatchewan, Bibs spent her youth in Edmonton, Alberta where she met Norm. Norm’s career took them to Detroit and then to Toronto. Bibs lead a vibrant and active life in both cities building lifelong friendships. Her vivacious personality was infectious. She loved to laugh and shared a great sense of humour with all of those who knew her. She didn’t hesitate to get involved in her community. She brought enthusiasm, organization and diligence to everything she did from volunteering at the school or church to raising her family. Bibs struggled with increasing health issues over the past 20 years forcing her to slow down. The strength of her spirit showed itself through this time but her illness was ultimately too much for her to bear.

The family would like to thank the staff at Sunrise of Mississauga for their care and Dr. David Perkins of Mississauga for handling her situation with such consideration and respect. The family deeply appreciates the efforts of all friends and family who have offered their support over the past few months, and who continue to support Norm during this sad time.
