Berthile Daigle
1935-2017
SAINT-LOUIS-DE-KENT, NB – Berthile Daigle 81, of
Saint-Louis-de-Kent passed away peacefully at the Stella Maris
Hospital, Ste- Anne-de-Kent on Saturday, February 11, 2017.
Born in Saint-Louis, she was the daughter of the late Cyprien Guimond
and late Minnie (Cormier) Guimond.
Berthile will be sadly missed by her two daughters, Michelle
Daigle of Richibucto, Sylvie LeBlanc (Ronald) of Aldouane; two sons,
Robert Daigle of St. Louis; two grandchildren, Ryan Cormier, Jenny
Daigle and two great grandchildren, Janika Richard and Kristen
Cormier.
She is also survived by two sisters, Dorca Doucet (Ligouri)
of Beresford, Hilda Daigle (late Tilmon) of St. Louis, Anne Daigle
(Gilles) of St. Louis; three brothers, Gilles Guimond (Anna) of St.
Louis, Jean Guimond of St. Louis, Oswald Guimond (Patsy) of St.
Charles and many nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents, Berthile was predeceased by her husband,
Paul Daigle, one sister, Jeanne d’Arc Martin and one
brother, Rodrigue.
Visitation will be held at Thompson Memorial Home,
Saint-Louis-de-Kent on Wednesday from 7-9, Thursday at 9:00 am until
time of the funeral. A Funeral Mass will be held on
Thursday, February 16, 2017 at 11:00 am, St. Louis des
Français Roman Catholic Church,
Saint-Louis-de-Kent. Arrangements are in care of
Thompson’s Funeral Home, Richibucto (523-4252).
