Peacefully, at the McQuigge Lodge in Belleville on Wednesday, October 18, 2017. Bernice Edith Kirk (Detlor) of Tamworth at age 90. Beloved wife of the late Roland Kirk. Special and loving aunt of Angie Fowler (Jim) of Tamworth. Sister of Sherlie Detlor (Grace) of Tamworth; Blanche Hinchey (late Bruce) of Amherstview; Vandaline Pierce (Joe) of Tamworth and the late Vernard Detlor (Velma). Sister-in-law of Ann Kirk (late Orval); the late George Kirk (Shirley) and the late Harold Kirk (Flora of Napanee). Also survived by several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at the HANNAH FUNERAL HOME in Tamworth on Friday, October 20 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Service at the Tamworth United Pentecostal Church on Saturday, October 21 at 11:00 a.m. Interment Tamworth Cemetery. Memorial donations made to the Tamworth United Pentecostal Church would be appreciated by the family.
