DOUGLAS, Barbara (née Cameron) RN – Mrs. Barbara Douglas peacefully at Hospice Cornwall with her loving family by her side on Sunday June 19, 2016 at the age of 86 years. Beloved wife of the late Robert Douglas. Loved mother of Janet (John), Carol (Jean), Debbie (Moe), Lyn (Don) and Karen (Rocco). Sadly missed by her 11 grandchildren Amy, Meghan, Ryan, Nicholas, Kate, Adam, Brett, Jesse, Eric, Sara and Rebecca; and by her 8 great grandchildren. Survived by her brother Edmond and her sister Elizabeth. Loved daughter of the late Eddie and Irene (Cain) Cameron. Also predeceased by her brother Mac and sisters Kathleen, Ursula, Helen and Joan. Resting at the Wilson Funeral Home, 822 Pitt Street, Cornwall where visitation will take place on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9PM and on Thursday from 9-10AM. The Mass of the Resurrection with Commendation and Farewell will be held in St. Pius Tenth Roman Catholic Church (29 Bethune St., Long Sault) on Thursday June 23, 2016 at 11AM. Rite of Committal to follow in St. Lawrence Valley Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to Hospice Cornwall would be appreciated by the family.
