Passed away in his 91ST year. Augustine Leo Perrone joined the Merchant Marines in 1941 and after 4 years of service, joined the Canadian Army in 1944 until he retired in 1976. Beloved husband of the late Eva Perrone ( nee McDonald). Survived by children Rosalind (Gary), Fredericton NB, John Perrone, Delaware ON, Linda Best (Charles), Chalk River, Margaret Getson (Patrick), Calgary AB, Jane Webb (Timothy), Brockville, ON, Robert Perrone (Angela), Burton NB, Betty-Anne Gauthier (Robert), Angus ON, Leo Perrone (Christa), Oshawa ON, and grandchildren, LeeAnne, Wanda, Stephanie, Catherine, Sarah, Jesse, Harrison, Gage, Garry, Brian, Tiffany, Lindsay, Joshua, and great grandchildren Kirstan, Melissa, Cathleen, Caden, Tanner, Ari, Alexa, Kyra, Poppy, Cameron, Lilly, Alexis and Maisey. We would like to extend a special thank you to Country Haven, Beachburg, Staff Kellie, Tom, nurses Elizabeth, Pam and Jennifer and PSWs, Bayshore nurses, Jordan, James, Lisa and PSWs Lauren and Kelsey. You gave our Dad the dignity and respect he solely deserved. Funeral Service and interment will take place in Halifax, Nova Scotia at a later date and will be announced.
