Arnold Noel Milliea
1939-2017
ELSIPOGTOG, NB – Arnold Milliea 77, of Elsipogtog
passed away peacefully at the Stella Maris Hospital, Ste-Anne-de-Kent
on Tuesday, November 14, 2017. Born in Mars Hill, Maine he
was the son of the late Anthony Milliea and late Sally (Clair)
Milliea. Arnold was a devoted member of St. Anne’s
Roman Catholic Church in Elsipogtog. He was also a father
figure to so many within his family and community. Arnold
was a humble man, his warm and genuine smile will be deeply missed by
all who knew him. He loved to play and watch baseball and
was an avid Hawks fan.
Arnold will be sadly missed by his wife, Barbara Ann (Peters)
Milliea of Elsipogtog; two daughters, Jennifer Sanipass (George), Rita
Milliea (Byron ) both of Elsipogtog; four sons, Allen (Tina) of Kent
Lake, Adam (Ruth), Arnold « Sonty », Jim-Bob (Kimberly), Wade
(Alicia) all of Elsipogtog; twenty-three grandchildren and fifteen
great grandchildren.
He is also survived by one brother, Walter Milliea (Shirley)
of Elsipogtog; sisters-in-law, Gertrude, Mildred, Elizabeth, Lucy and
many, many nieces and nephews.
Besides his parents he was predeceased by one daughter,
Juanita Ann; one sister, Mary and nine brothers, Patrick, Raymond,
William John, John, Noel, Anthony and John
Henry.
Resting at his home on 168 Autumn Drive, Elsipogtog beginning
on Thursday at 2:00 pm until time of the funeral. A Funeral
Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, November 18, 2017 at 1:30 pm, St.
Anne’s Roman Catholic Church, Elsipogtog.
