Zarola, Antonio (Tony)
Peacefully surrounded by his family at LHSC Victoria Hospital on Monday, November 27, 2017 Antonio (Tony) Zarola at the age of 76 years. Beloved husband of Anna for 53 years. Loving father of Enrico “Rick” Zarola and Antonietta “Annie” (Michael) Hogewoning. Doting grandpa of Emily. Dear brother of Elizabetta and the late Giuseppe, Pasquale, Vincenzo, Sebastiano, Fortunato, Concetta and Maria. Dear brother in law of Angela and Carmelo Altomonte. Zio Tony will be fondly remembered by his many nieces and nephews in Canada, Italy and Argentina. Visitors will be received at John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street at King Street, on Thursday, November 30th from 2-4 and 7-9 o’clock. Prayers Thursday afternoon at 3 o’clock. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Mary’s Church, 345 Lyle Steet, on Friday morning, December 1st at 11 o’clock. Entombment in Holy Family Mausoleum – St. Peter’s Cemetery. Donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or to St. Mary’s Church Building Fund would be appreciated.
