It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Anne on December 19th, after a courageous and lengthy battle with Alzheimers. Beloved wife of Vincent for 52 years. Loving mother of Joanne (Brian) Powell, Sean (Sue), Jennifer (Paul) Dowsett and Blythe (Adriano) Carota. Cherished grandma of Daniel, Brianne, Mack, Noah, Madie, Aidan, Jake, Vanessa, Marisol and Aubrey. Anne is survived by her brothers James Moran (Judith), Bernard Moran (the late Clementine) and Paul Moran (Jennifer). Memorial visitation will take place on Thursday, December 28, 2017 from 12-1 pm at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church (196 Kenwood Avenue, Burlington). A Memorial Mass will follow at 1:00 pm. Special thanks to the staff at The Brant Centre for their care and compassion. For those who wish, memorial donations made to Alzheimers Society of Canada, The Hamilton Good Shepherd Centre or Wounded Warriors Canada would be appreciated.
