Obituary
After a fine life spanning over 95 years, Anne passed away at Shepherd’s Care at Kensington in Edmonton on July 14, 2017.
Sons Ray (Sonya) and Ken (Debbie) remember their mom for her intelligence and wisdom, her sunny high spirits, her openness to the wide world, and her loving kindness. Her memory lives on also in her granddaughter Alison and grandson Karsten (Maria.) Just weeks before she died, Anne had the immense pleasure of holding her infant great-grandson, Damian.
The family extends special thanks to the staff at Kensington for their compassion and the wonderful care they provided to Anne. Also thanks to mom’s special friends from Shepherds Care at Home.
Family and friends are invited to a Celebration of Anne’s life to be held at 10:00 a.m. on July 28, 2017 at Connelly-McKinley Funeral Home (10011 – 114 Street, Edmonton.)
In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
