Alphonse Desroches
1935-2017
Saint-Louis-de-Kent, Alphonse Desroches 82, of
Saint-Louis-de-Kent passed away peacefully at the Villa Maria in
Saint-Louis on Saturday, November 9, 2017. Born in
Saint-Louis, he was the son of the late Philias Desroches and late
Appoline (Daigle) Desroches. Before retiring, Alphonse was
employed at the Kouchibouguac National Park.
Alphonse will be sadly missed by wife, Jeannine (Johnson)
Desroches of Saint-Louis and one son, Denis Desroches (Teresa) of
Saint-Louis.
He is also survived by five sisters, Ethel Dupuis (Tilmon),
Catherine Maillet (Lawrence), Laureanne Mazerolle (Alyre), Marie-Anne
Desroches, Jeannette LeBlanc; one brother, Yvon and many nieces and
nephews.
Besides his parents he was predeceased by two sisters,
Yvette, Diana and three brothers, Alcide, Adrien and
Vital.
Visitation will be held at Thompson Memorial Home,
Saint-Louis-de-Kent on Monday from 2-4 & 7-9 pm, Tuesday at
2:00 pm until departure for the funeral. A Funeral Mass will
be celebrated on Tuesday, November 21. 2017 at 4:00 pm, St. Louis des
Francais Roman Catholic Church, Saint-Louis-de-Kent.
