Aline M. Richard
1933-2017
RICHIBUCTO, NB – Aline Richard, 84, of
Richibucto passed away peacefully at the Stella Maris Hospital,
Ste-Anne-de-Kent on Thursday, October 26th,
2017. Born in Ste-Marie-de-Kent, she was the daughter of the late
Isaie and Emilie (Collette) Cormier. In her younger years, Aline
worked in furniture manufacturing in the United States. She attended
the St-Louis-de-Gonzague church and was a member of the Richibucto
Club d’Age d’Or.
Aline will be sadly missed by her
daughter, Bernice Harty (Jack) of Winchendon, Mass; son, Raymond
Richard (Louina) of Baldwinville, Mass; five grandchildren; eight
great grandchildren; two sisters, May Losier (late Hilaire) of
Tracadie and Andréa Guimond (Léo LeBlanc) of
Richibucto; brother, Raymond Cormier (Céleste) of Hampton;
as well as many nieces and
nephews.
Besides her parents, Aline is
predeceased by her five sisters, Florence Arsenault, Stella Kennedy,
Georgina Nauss, Irène Girouard and Edith Losier; as well as
by her four brothers, Alcide, Roger, Laurie and infant brother
Albert.
Visitation will be held at
Thompson’s Funeral Home, Richibucto on Thursday from 9:00 am
until departure for the funeral. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on
Thursday, November 2, 2017 at 11:00am, St. Louis-de-Gonzague Roman
Catholic Church, Richibucto.
