In lieu of flowers and in celebration of a life well led please spread kindness to those around you, (our father was a very kind man), smile at a stranger, visit a shut in, adopt a grandparent, tell someone you love them. Do whatever you can to brighten someone’s day or ease the weight of the burden they carry. No act of kindness is too small.
