Owen James Robert Kelly, 33, of Calgary Alberta, formerly of Miramichi passed away on Sunday December 17, 2017 at the Foothills Hospital in Calgary Alberta.
Born in Miramichi, resided the past 14years in Calgary AB the son of Peggy(Murray) Kelly (Timothy Flanigan) and Paul Kelly (Lillian Greene). Owen was a seasonal fisherman and worked as a carpenter in Calgary and B.C. He enjoyed Snowboarding, hunting, and fishing, playing pool, and outdoor activities. He was a Toronto Maple Leafs Fan. His favorite time of the year was Halloween.
Owen is survived by his parents, Peggy (Timothy Flanigan) and Paul (Lillian Greene) by his partner Carlee Osborne of Calgary and expecting a baby girl Abigail, brothers & sisters: Brian Kelly of Miramichi, Lori Ann Davis (Chris Bourque) of Rothesay, and Paul Kelly (Lisa) of Miramichi, Nieces and nephews Matthew, Pierce and Charlotte Davis, Jonathan and Brooklyn Kelly. Owen Kelly is resting at Maher’s Funeral Home Miramichi on Friday December 22, 2017 from 2-4 & 7-9. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday December 23, 2017 at 11am from St Andrew’s Roman Catholic Church with Fr Charles Udeh Celebrant and Fr. Leon Creamer Con-Celebrant.
