It is with sad and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of James Irving MacKenzie of Riverton, formerly of Stellarton in the Aberdeen Hospital Palliative Care Unit with his wife and daughter by his side.
A loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and friend, Jim was born January 18, 1934 to his now late parents, Irving and Myrtle (MacDonald) MacKenzie.

And his motto was, ”If you are going to do something, do it right.”Jim was a good friend to many and will be remembered as a kind and gentle giant of a man with an amazing sense of humor and who was always willing to lend a helping hand.
