Edith Gladys Morrison
1928-2017
The death occurred on Friday November 10, 2017 at Prince
County Hospital, Summerside of Edith Gladys Morrison of Summerside,
formerly of Conway, aged 89, wife of the late George Morrison. Born in
Portage on September 16, 1928, daughter of the late Thomas and Mary
(Matthews) Biggar.
Loving mother to Kelvin (Gertrude), Inverness; Paul (Bonnie),
Conway and Cindy (Philip) Bulger, Foxley River. Mother in law to
Barbara Morrison, Freeland. Dear Nan to Linda, Alexander, Andrew
(Diane), Adam (Mikayla), Christopher, Brandi (David) Astavan, John
Bulger, Jillian Bulger and great grammie to Maddix, Ryder, Oakley,
Kylee, Macey, Dani, Hayden and Spencer. Sister to Delores Nielsen,
Summerside.
Edith was predeceased by her parents, husband, sons Angus,
John, Daniel and daughters Sandra and Cathy(Infancy), brothers
Reginald, Everett, sisters Marjorie Arsenault, Florence Gallant, Vera
Morrison and Catherine.
Resting at Tyne Valley Funeral Chapel with complete
arrangements to be announced. interment will follow in Freeland
Presbyterian Cemetery.
In memory of Edith, memorials to Freeland Presbyterian
Cemetery or Heart and Stroke Foundation would be
appreciated.
