Mary Carmel Sock
1960-2017
ELSIPOGTOG, NB – Mary Carmel Sock, 57, of
Elsipogtog, passed away peacefully at the Dr.-Georges-L.-Dumont
University Hospital, Moncton, on Friday, September
29th, 2017. Born in Bouctouche, she was the
daughter of the late Gilbert and Mary (Metallic)
Sock.
Carmel will be sadly missed by her daughter, Sandi
Joseph (Andy) of Elsipogtog; three sons, Mark Sock of Elsipogtog,
Myles Augustine (Tiffany Michael) of Indian Brook and Matthew
Augustine of Elsipogtog; three sisters, Carla Sock, Amanda Sock and
Jean-Marie Sock, all of Elsipogtog; two brothers, George Sock and
Joseph Jean Sock (Annette Methot), both of Elsipogtog; as well as by
several nieces and
nephews.
Besides her parents, Carmel is predeceased by her
sister, Evangeline Francis; and her two brothers, Gordon Sock and
Gilbert Sock
Jr.
Visitation will be held at Carmel’s home,
106 Echo Drive, Elsipogtog, starting Sunday at 2:00pm until time of
the funeral. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, October
3rd, 2017 at 10:30am, St. Anne’s
Roman Catholic Church,
Elsipogtog.
