Sister Louise MacLellan (Sister Mary Alfreda)
1929-2017
Peacefully at the Mount Continuing Care Community on Monday,
September 25, 2017 of Sister Louise MacLellan (Sister Mary Alfreda)
age 88 years.
Born in Grand River, PEI she is the daughter of the late
Marshall and Florence (Kilbride) MacLellan. She is the last surviving
member of her family being predeceased by her sisters, Margaret,
Lillian (Mrs C.A. Murphy), Alfreda and brothers Elmer, Joseph, Angus
and Father Thomas. She will be fondly remembered by her Martha Sisters
and several nieces and nephews.
Transferred from the Hennessey Cutcliffe Charlottetown
Funeral Home to the Mount Continuing Care Chapel for visiting hours on
Wednesday, September 27th from 6 – 8 p.m. The
funeral will be held on Thursday , September
28th, with funeral mass from The Mount Chapel
at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow in the Congregation of St. Martha
Cemetery. Please note there will be no visiting hours the morning of
the funeral.
