Ron E. Wilson
1942-2017
CLAIRVILLE, NB – Ron E. Wilson, 75 of Clairville, NB passed
away suddenly on August 22, 2017 surrounded by family. Born in Saint
John, NB he was the only child of the late Charles and Ida (Little)
Wilson.
Big Ron was a kind, caring man who loved his family, friends,
all the neighbours kids and his two special fur babies. He had a
passion for sports, especially horse racing as well as his weekly card
games and daily visits to his friends and family.
Ron had a long-standing sales career and retired from his own
business, Wilson’s Courier in 2007.
He is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Sharon (Dunn)
Wilson along with his son, Tim of Calgary, AB and his daughter, Pam of
Clairville, many cousins and close friends.
Ron was predeceased by his parents.
Visitation will be held from Thompson’s Funeral
Home, Richibucto on Friday, August 25th from
7-9pm. A celebration of Big Ron’s life will take place on
Saturday, August 26th at 11:00 am at
Thompson’s Funeral Home Chapel in Richibucto, officiated by
Rev. « Sandy » A.D. Sutherland, followed by interment
in Clairville at the St. Andrew’s Presbyterian
Church.
Expressions of sympathy would be appreciated by the family in
lieu of flowers to the St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church, the
NB Heart and Stroke Foundation or charity of the donor’s
choice. Arrangements are in care of Thompson’s
Funeral Home, Richibucto (523-4252).
