BLACK, Catherine “Renee” (nee Bailie) –
Passed into the presence of her Lord at The Carpenter Hospice on Sunday, July 23, 2017 at the age of 79. Beloved wife of Eric for 56 years. Renee will be greatly missed by her children, Catherine (Greg), Ruth (Terry) and Patricia (Fred) all of Burlington. Grandmother of nine and great-grandmother of one. Also missed by family in Northern Ireland. Visitation will be held at SMITH’S FUNERAL HOME, 1167 Guelph Line (one stoplight north of QEW), BURLINGTON, 905-632-3333, on Tuesday, July 25, 2017 from 7-9pm. A Funeral Service will be held at Hopedale Bible Chapel (342 Sherin Drive, Oakville) on Wednesday, July 26, 2017 at 11:00am. Reception immediately following the service. Interment at Burlington Memorial Gardens, Burlington. If desired, donations in Renee’s memory may be made to Gideons International or the Missionary Service Committee.
