Charles Everett Brace
1923-2017
Charles E. Brace of Kenneth E. Spencer Memorial Home, passed
away Friday June 30, 2017 at his residence. Born in Moncton he was the
son of the late Duncan and Annabelle (Grass) Brace.
Charles was a retired foreman with CN with over 42 years
service. He enjoyed bowling, Saturday evenings playing cards with
Duncan and Shirley Lutes and was a member of the Moncton
Barbershopers.
He will be dearly missed by his wife Mary (Layton) Brace,
daughter, Charlene Dann (Norman), step sons; John Kelly (Sandy),
Charles Kelly (Karen), Ronald Kelly (Pamela), daughter in law, Doris
Brace, 10 grandchildren and 7 great grandchild, as well as several
nieces and nephews. Besides his parents he was predeceased by a son
Brian, his first wife Doris, brothers; Malcolm, Hanford, Cecil,
Vaughan, Ernest, a half brother, Vaughan, sisters: Annabelle, Edna,
Ella and Vivian.
The family will be receiving relatives and friends at
Cobb’s Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 330 Whitepine Rd.,
Riverview (869-2007) on (date) from (time), the interment will take
place in Fair Haven Cemetery. Donations to Alzheimer’s
Society or the memorial of the donor’s choice would be
