Passed peacefully away at the Carbonear General Hospital on Saturday, June 3, 2017 in the presence of her family, Vina F. Ivany aged 93 years.
Predeceased by her parents, John & Blanche (nee Dawe) Spracklin, her husband, Albert, daughter Ruby and son-in law, Azariah, brothers, Wilfred (Lillian) & Gerald Spracklin, sister, Dora (Tom).
Leaving to mourn her son, David (Rose), 5 grandchildren; Trevor (Bev), Mark (Judy), Susanne (Andrew) Kathy (Steve) and Karen (Blaine), 11 great grandchildren, sister-in-law, Sybil Spracklin), nieces, nephews and a large circle of friends.
Resting at Broughton’s Funeral Home, Brigus.
Visitation to take place on Monday, June 5, 2017 from 2-4 P.M. & 7-9 P.M., Tuesday, June 6, 2017 from 10 A.M.- 12 P.M.
Funeral to take place on Tuesday, June 6, 2017 at 2:00 P.M. from the Brigus United Church, Interment to follow in the United Church Cemetery, English Town.
Flowers gratefully accepted or donations in her memory may be made to the Brigus United Church.
