Bonnie Lynn Dick (Moore), beloved wife and mother passed away peacefully Thursday, January 26, 2017 at Bethany Sylvan Lake at 66 years of age. She is survived by Jim, her loving husband of 45 years; her two children, Kellie (Ryan) of Red Deer and Christopher of Sylvan Lake; her mother, Mary; sister, Susan and brother, Richard (Jeanette). Bonnie was born to Gordon and Mary Moore of Sylvan Lake on July 16, 1950.
Bonnie and Jim were married in Red Deer on June 12, 1971, and raised two children, Bonnie’s greatest source of love and pride. Bonnie graduated with a Bachelor of Education with Distinction from the University of Lethbridge in 1986 and taught kindergarten, a true calling and passion at David Thompson and Sylvan Lake from 1988-2000, caring deeply for each of the many little souls she touched. Later she returned to her original vocation of Medical Record Librarian and worked at the Red Deer Regional Hospital Health Records Department until 2008. Bonnie was predeceased by her father, Gordon and younger brother, Bradley, now reunited. She will also be dearly missed by her niece and nephew, cousins, aunts, uncles, friends, former students and many others whose spirt she touched with her compassion, kindness and sense of humor. Lovingly remembered, never to be forgotten, in our hearts and minds always.
