Darlene Hotham
1941-2016
Darlene M. Hotham, of Moncton, passed away on Friday,
December 16th, 2016 at the Kenneth E. Spencer Memorial Home. She was
74. Born in Newcastle she was the daughter of the late George and
Agnes Clark.
Darlene worked alongside her husband at Country Carpet and
Upholstery Cleaners, which they owned and operated for over 30 years,
prior to their retirement. She was an active member of Holy Family
Catholic Church, where she administered the Catechism Program for over
25 years. She loved gardening, sewing, chocolates and
children.
She will be dearly missed by family and friends. Darlene is
survived by her husband, Jack, her children David, Stephen Robert
(Berthica) and Kimberly, her siblings Thomas (Irene), Royce (Mary),
Clinton (Eva) and Rose Jeppesen (Robert), and five grandchildren.
Besides her parents she was predeceased by a daughter,
Andrea.
The family will be receiving relatives and friends at
Cobb’s Funeral Home, 330 Whitepine Road, Riverview on
Tuesday, December 20th from 2:00 – 5:00 PM, with parish
prayers and sharing of memories to take place at 4:30 PM. The funeral
Mass will be celebrated at Holy Family Catholic Church, Falkland Ave,
Moncton on Wednesday, December 21, 2016 at 11:00 AM, with Father Phil
Mulligan presiding. Online condolences may be expressed
