Vittoria Nozzolillo
1933-2016
Vittoria Nozzolillo, 83, of Hartfield, NB, devoted wife of Nicola
Nozzolillo, passed away peacefully on December 5, 2016 at the Dr.
Everett Chalmers Hospital.
Vittoria was born in Pontelandolfo, Italy on April 20, 1933, the
daughter of the late Antonio and Filomena (Ciarlo) Albini. She moved
from Italy to Waterbury, CT in 1954 and married Nicola two years
later. In 1970, they moved to Nackawic, NB.
Vittoria was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother.
She was an amazing woman, loved and adored by all who knew her.
Dedicated to her faith, her passion was her family and spending time
with them was very important to her. Vittoria was an avid knitter and
she loved playing crib.
She will be greatly missed by her husband of 60 years, Nicola; her
children, Domenic Nozzolillo (Sylvie), Dana Greatorex (Don) and Bill
Nozzolillo; grandchildren, David, Nicholas (Megan), Anthony (Katie),
Jessica (Danny), Mason, Gabriella, Sharon (Jeff), Crystal (James) and
Julie; great grandchildren, Isabel, Adelyn, Reid, Kaya, Dylan and
expected great grandchild, baby Storey; several nieces and
nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her brother, Frank
Albini Sr.
The family would like to sincerely thank the entire staff of Paradise
Villa in Fredericton, NB for the exceptional care and comfort she
received while a resident there and to Dr. Leona Johnson and the staff
of 4NW at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital.
Visitation will be held at Flewelling Funeral Home, Nackawic, NB on
Thursday from 4 to 7 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated
at St. Simon and St. Jude Catholic Church, 199 Otis Drive, Nackawic,
NB on Friday, December 9, 2016 at 12 noon with Celebrant Father Aaron
Knox. A reception will follow in the church hall. Interment will be
later at St. Simon and St. Jude Cemetery.
Honorary pallbearers will be Tony and Vicky Guerrera.
Active pallbearers will be David Nozzolillo, Nicholas Nozzolillo,
Anthony Nozzolillo, Mason Nozzolillo, Danny Storey and Jeff
Gilmore.
For those who wish to make a donation in memory of Vittoria, the
family has suggested the NB Lung Association or the St. Simon and St.
Jude Cemetery.
